1. How Does It Work?

• You can return your order on the spot if the item doesn’t work for you when the courier arrives. Just pay the delivery fees. No extra charges, no stress. 
• Policy Reminder: No exchanges or refunds after the courier leaves and payment is completed. Please double-check your order before confirming.

2. What If My Item Is Defective?

• We’re all about quality. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, hand it back to the courier immediately and let us know. We’ll replace it at no extra cost.

We ship everywhere in Egypt. Just keep in mind that shipping fees might differ based on your governorate.

1- When will I receive my order?

• We’re working to get your order to you ASAP! Here’s what to expect
• If you're in Cairo, your order should arrive within 10 working days.
• If you're in other governorates, your order should arrive within 14 working days.

• To keep your jeans looking fresh, wash them alone first to avoid any color transfer, use cold water, turn them inside out, and avoid bleach.
• To keep your t-shirts and tops fresh and bright, wash them inside out with cold water, use a gentle detergent, avoid bleach, and let them air dry.
